Objective:  To help participants recognise the impact of common menstrual-related health conditions and understand how to support affected employees.

  • Simple definitions and key symptoms of Endometriosis, PCOS and PMDD.
  • How these can affect energy, focus, attendance, or emotional wellbeing at work.
  • The challenges employees often face: delayed diagnosis, stigma, or lack of understanding.
  • How to support someone without overstepping.

Module 3: Understanding Menopause

Objective: To equip participants with awareness of menopause and its potential workplace impacts, promoting empathy and appropriate support.

Learn:

  • The stages: perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause.
  • Common symptoms and how they can affect performance, wellbeing, and confidence.
  • Why menopause is a workplace inclusion issue.
  • Encouraging supportive dialogue: how to approach, listen, and normalise.

Module 4: Facilitating Supportive Conversations

Objective: To develop participants’ confidence in having sensitive, respectful, and constructive conversations about menstrual and menopausal health.

  • Language to use (and avoid).

Module 5: Understanding Policies and Reasonable Adjustments

Objective: To enable managers and other participants to understand policy knowledge and provide fair, practical support in line with organisational and legal frameworks.

  • What “reasonable adjustments” can look like.
  • Embedding menstrual and menopausal health in company culture.
